Cole

Cole is one of the firm’s principal attorneys and is licensed in both California and Utah. Cole is a graduate of the University of Utah (HBS), University of Southern California (MPP), and University of San Diego School of Law (J.D., LLM-Tax). He enjoys meeting new people and tackling the challenges that beset them. As a business owner of four years, Cole understands what is at stake and how to protect it. As a newly wed himself, he also understands the sensitive nature of prenuptial agreements. Though not afraid of court, Cole is dedicated to keeping you out of it through proper planning and professional practices.

Steven

Steven is one of the firm’s principal attorneys and is licensed in California. Steve is an honors business graduate of the University of Southern California and a cum laude honors graduate of the University or San Diego School of Law. As a California native, Steve is dedicated to helping California residents successfully plan for their future and solve their legal problems. Steve has a passion for traveling and learning new cultures.

Cole and Steve work in association with Mrs. Kelly Chang Rickert who is a family law expert practicing in Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco. Kelly has been exposed to multiple prenuptial agreements including high profile and celebrity agreements. Divorce law is no mystery to Kelly who spends countless hours in the courtroom fighting for custody and the proper division of community assets. Kelly’s litigation experience is paramount in helping clients preempt divorce complications through effective prenuptial drafting.
